Scheduled after each guest, we check for damage, provide professionally washed linens and towels, reset beds, clean all rooms, disinfect surfaces, clean bathrooms from top to bottom, clean kitchen and appliances, mop and vacuum floors, and restock supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.

Deep Clean includes all regular cleaning services plus those out of the way items, like baseboards, fan blades, windows, under refrigerators or stoves. We encourage once every two to three months, and is only scheduled upon your approval, or after a guest stay of 3 weeks or more.

This service combined with your Regular Cleans ensures the home stays well maintained and clean.

• Primary point of contact--responses average less than 15 minutes.
• Guest assistance with early check-in/late check-out.
• Provide assistance with issues that may arise during stay (entry issues, TV issues, etc.)
• Friendly customer service when your guest is looking for information on dining, shopping, amenities, attractions, transportation and more!
• Provide top notch customer service, which results in higher reviews for your property.

• Monitor home supplies and restock
• Engage in occasional home visits during extended periods of inactivity
• Tend to home when repairs are contracted

We are on call to call guest needs 7 days/week from 8am-8pm

(Communications are monitored in case of emergency)

A profit share model that allows us to win together as we work hard to make your listing a success. We only charge when you are booked! 20% includes trash/recycle management, all guest services, listing management and and all supplies (Initial startup supplies not included). Cleanings are billed 1-3 days after completion.
