Sean Allred, CEO and Co-Owner

Sean brings fifteen years of hands-on real estate experience, including nearly 500 residential flips. Previously licensed as an agent, Sean has advised clients in every phase of property ownership. His military experience helps inform standardized processes and client experience. The Turnkey Pros process was built after years of hands-on vacation rental management experience. Those systems were scaled to help fill a gap in the market and provide honest, fair and top-tier support for owners and guests alike.

Brittiany Mainwaring, COO and Co-Owner

Brittiany oversees day-to-day operations and has helped the team refine both the guest and owner experience. Her passion for interior design has shaped many of our clients' homes, as well as vacation rentals she owns. She is ready to serve guests and owners alike.

Michelle Fatovich, Client Success Manager

Michelle is the primary point of contact for our clients. She knows everything about Turnkey Pros processes and responds to emails, texts and calls from both clients and guests. She also leads our guest communications during regular day hours.

Ann Kristia Laquian, Guest Communication Specialist

Ann (Kris) brings years of experience in short-term rental guest communication and heads our after hours guest communication. She handles guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving. She provides clear and thoughtful communication, ensuring an optimal stay for all guests.

Nichole Allred, Administrator and Co-Owner

Nichole manages our cleaning processes and supply operations, making sure the products and amenities are high quality and affordable. With a background in patient care and hospitality, she supports guests, manages internal processes, and brings a professional touch. She has designed and prepared many of the homes we co-host.

Ryan Mainwaring, Co-Owner

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in hardscape and landscape management. He advises on landscaping, pool support and works closely with the team day to day. He also owns both vacation and long-term rentals.
